By design, PDF Ready processes your documents on your device. See our Privacy Policy as well.

1. What PDF Ready does

The app prepares upload-ready PDFs for portal submissions: it can compress, merge, add a handwritten signature or one photo to the current document on compatible PDFs, and perform basic prechecks (size, pages, encryption and, when applicable, PDF/A profile). It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee acceptance by third parties.

2. License of use

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices.
• You may not decompile, rent, resell, sublicense or use it unlawfully.

3. In-app purchases (clean export)

The current paid step is the clean export unlock for a document, handled through Google Play.

• You can review the generated result before clean export.
• In the app, you can buy a clean export unlock for a specific document through Google Play.
• Billing, taxes and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies.

4. Billing model

• As of April 6, 2026, clean export is sold as a one-time Google Play purchase for a document unlock.
• It is not a recurring subscription.
• Any future billing change would be described on the website and in Google Play before purchase.

5. Your content

• Your files are yours. We do not claim ownership or collect their contents.
• You must have the rights to process them and ensure they do not violate laws or third-party rights.

6. Prechecks, compatibility, and PDF/A

• Precheck attempts to detect common issues (for example, size, pages, encryption). Portal rules can change; always verify the official instructions.
• PDF/A conversion depends on the source material; we surface warnings when something looks non-compliant.

7. Digital signatures and interactivity

Modifying a PDF (compressing, flattening, converting, etc.) can remove interactive features and invalidate digital signatures. Keep the original signed PDF if the signature must remain valid.

8. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for third-party rejections. We’ll use reasonable efforts to fix reported issues.

9. Technical requirements

You need a compatible device on a currently supported platform and sufficient storage. Available platforms and minimum OS versions can change over time as support expands.

10. Changes to the app or these terms

We may update the app and these terms to improve features or for legal reasons. Material changes will be announced in-app or on the website.
