What PDF Ready is, and what it is not

PDF Ready is an independent mobile app for preparing PDFs for upload when strict size limits or compatibility rules get in the way.

Simple flow: start from a PDF or scanner, keep the source in Originals, open Prepare, review the generated result in Versions, and use clean export only at the end.

What it helps with

Prepare a PDF for the real upload path

  • Start from a PDF you already have or from a scanner flow on your phone.
  • Choose GENERAL, IRCC, or CEAC and match the real size target before generating the next result.
  • Review readability, warnings, and fit in Versions before deciding on the final clean copy.

What it is not

Keep the product boundary clear

  • PDF Ready is not a general-purpose PDF editor.
  • It is not a bulk-processing or document-management system.
  • It is not affiliated with any government authority.
  • It does not guarantee acceptance by a third-party portal.

The starting file stays visible here so you can try again from the source.

Prepare

This is where you choose the route, size, and extra options before generating a result.

Versions

Generated results appear here so you can compare them before you keep one.

Clean export

This is the final copy ready to save, share, or submit after review.

If a file is signed, XFA, or otherwise no-touch, PDF Ready warns you and keeps the original path instead of forcing a transformed result.

Visible additions

Signature and one photo stay secondary

PDF Ready can add a handwritten signature or one visible photo to a compatible PDF before Prepare. These are visible additions to the current document, not certified digital-signature workflows.
